Cancellation Policy
Suchaya Thai Massage require a 48 hours minimum cancellation notice for all massage appointments. The 100% fee for the schedule massage will be charge to the credit card on file for any cancellations with less than a 48 hours notice or a no-show for the appointment. Non refundable.
How to cancel your Appointment:
To cancel your appointment, please call 772-324-8196. If you do not reach staff, you may leave a detailed message on our voice mail. If you would like to reschedule you appointment, Please leave your name and phone number. We will return your call promptly.
No Show Policy:
A" no-show" is a patient who misses an appointment with out canceling it. A failure to be present at the time of a schedule appointment will be recorded in the patient's chart as a "no-show". Patient may be discharged from the practice.

Same Day Bookings:
Same-day appointments are welcome when our schedule allows.
A valid credit card is required to reserve your same day appointment.
Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
Cancellations & No-Shows:
Same day appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled once confirmed.
Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments on the same day will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
This policy helps us honor the time reserved for you and our therapists’ schedules.

Welcome to Suchaya Thai Massage. My name is Suchaya Concessi, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and the founder of this practice in Stuart, Florida. With more than 13 years of experience, I specialize in providing therapeutic treatments that blend advanced clinical techniques with the traditional healing principles of Thai massage.
I hold multiple professional credentials, including Certified Master Myoskeletal Alignment Technique (MMT) Practitioner, Traditional Thai Massage Practitioner (TMP), Licensed Facial Specialist (FS), and Certified Thai Massage Instructor. My formal training began in Thailand, where I completed 600 hours at TMC School of Traditional Thai Massage, receiving comprehensive education in Thai medical massage, therapeutic stretching, and body alignment.
Before opening my own practice, I worked at several distinguished wellness and resort properties, including Boca West Country Club, Marriott Singer Island, and PGA National Resort & Spa. These experiences strengthened my commitment to exceptional client care and high professional standards.
In addition to my clinical work, I am an approved Continuing Education Provider through the NTBCMB and the Florida Board of Massage Therapy. I am dedicated to advancing the massage profession through teaching, serving as a Teaching Assistant for advanced bodywork trainings, and acting as a Judge for national competitions, including the Nuad Thai & Spa Association of America (NTSAA) and the Miami Massage Championship.
At my practice, I am committed to maintaining excellence not only in my own work but also within my team. I personally train and mentor my staff to ensure consistent, high-quality therapeutic care and a professional, welcoming environment for every client.
